My name is Stacey, and I teach Hatha yoga, mindfulness meditation, restorative yoga, and trauma-informed practices for those on a healing or recovery journey. My approach is rooted in embodiment and choice, with practices that support regulation, build resilience, and create a sense of steadiness from within.
