About Me
I’m Stacey, a yoga and meditation teacher offering Hatha yoga, mindfulness meditation, restorative yoga, and trauma-informed practices for survivors of complex trauma. My teaching style is calm, accessible, and rooted in presence, with a strong focus on nervous system regulation and embodied awareness.
I blend mindful movement with breath and stillness, creating space to release tension, build strength and mobility, and gently settle the nervous system. Classes emphasize moving at a pace that feels right in your own body, with an invitation to listen closely and respond with care. Rather than striving or performing, the focus is on being present and cultivating a sense of safety, connection, and self-trust.
My classes are welcoming to all levels, and you don’t need to be flexible or experienced to show up. Whether you’re practicing in person or online, my intention is to offer a grounded, supportive space where you can move, breathe, and come back to yourself.
